We have negotiated a ban on forced overtime at UW Hospital and are making improvements for safe and adequate staffing. CNA and their alter-ego they call the National Nurse Organizing Committee has launched mailings to entice Registered Nurses nationally to join them. If you are approached by anyone from CNA, do not sign anything they give you (be aware they've mis-represented themselves at some hospitals even saying they were with SEIU or whatever nurse organization already at the hospital) and tell them to quit interfering with healthcare workers who already have a union.
